• Orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location:
• Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: 3-7 business days
• International Shipping: 7-21 business days
• Please note that during peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Carriers
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable delivery.
• Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $50.
International Shipping
• We ship worldwide! However, international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Joyful Living is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.
Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
