Refund policy
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Additionally we have a 14 day exchange request policy, dependent on existing inventory. All requests are subject to approval.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order number and valid confirmation as proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/ exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items marked “clearance“, “final sale“, or “limited release” or any other clear verbiage- are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customized items are also ineligible for returns/ exchanges.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You can request a change of size, color, or design. Requests are subject to approval based on item eligibility and available inventory.
